How do I miss this stuff?!
Humber Hill is the road outside my window FFS...

(actually thinking about it, that might be what was going on the other day with the sirens & helicopters and all that guff. It'd explain the road being blocked off too, probably. gg Paul. ^^; )

I would say I hope he gets him back, but yeah... I really don't think someone who has their pet dog's ears pierced should be allowed near animals in the first place. :S

Really, really hoping the IPCC deals with this properly... if a member of the public asks a police officer for their number they have to comply... should this no longer be the case it makes them basically unaccountable - a very scary thought indeed. D:

Oh, PETA...
Jun. 20th, 2009 01:58 amPETA Urges Phish To Become Sea Kittens
On Friday, PETA Special Projects Manager Michelle Cho issued a letter to area media outlets outlining a request that the band temporarily change its name to the "Sea Kittens."
The letter, addressed to Trey Anastasio, Jon Fishman, Mike Gordon and Page McConnell, says the request is an attempt to gain empathy for fish, "because few people are aware that fish are actually smart animals with personalities."

This is a joke, right?
Von Brunn sometimes spoke of having fought for the wrong side in World War II, Blodgett said, and the two men sometimes attended meetings in Arlington County of the American Friends of the British National Party, which raised funds for the British white supremacist group.(Washington Post)
Didn't realise there was an "American Friends of the BNP", despite that video of their bog-eyed Grand Fucknuckle with Klan members... makes sense now.
Meanwhile, 5 miles away...

Is it just me, or does everything seem to be falling wonderfully apart recently? Police not getting away with whatever they feel like doing... a gaggle of high-up MPs quitting (including that Smith creature... good riddance to bad Home Secretaries) and most of the rest hated by near everyone for that whole expenses thing... things are looking up. 8D
As long as the latter doesn't end in people voting in a certain bunch of neo-nazi twats when the time comes, that is...

May. 5th, 2009 11:50 amMy mam just phoned... finally asked outright if I would dogsit for them when they go on holiday in a few weeks (after indirectly asking pretty much whenever I've saw her for a while, something she knows I don't respond to).
I would do it (I like Rosie, even if she is completely deranged), and I'd be getting compensated for the bus fares etc. involved, but it's the fact she never bothered asking properly until now and that she expected it. :/ Also that she thinks Boris'll be fine with me just coming home once a day to feed him, while her dog needs someone to be there all day... why not the other way around?
Oh well. Knowing me I'll cave within a couple of phone-calls anyway... really don't know why I'm mentioning this in the first place. :|
Also. (video version) *makes disapproving clucking noises with his tongue*

Proof of what they did at the G20 protests. So glad this has come to light - hopefully this means justice will be served (although still kind of doubtful, sadly - even though it's all there on video it's the police :| ).
