It would rock ass if you were on staff- we need a little new blood.

As for full-time, it's mostly just a "do what you can, when you can, without sending the site into a fiery downward spiral or something" deal. Don't worry about it- most of the staff have full time jobs or are going to school or whatever and do this as a hobby.

Except for me, but I'm pretty much a literal butt anyhow.
