Why is the kitchen full of empty bottles and reeking of sake? D:

At least I'm not hung over - bit fragile, but no headache or being sick or anything.

(Oh and I never drunk that mirin in the end - probably just as well looking at the ingredients - apparently the cheap stuff isn't made from sake but ethanol of unknown origin & corn syrup)

that's what mirin is haha, you're supposed to mix it with stuff to add sweetness, like vermouth. i can't imagine drinking it straight, it would just taste like sugar and burn on the way down x_x
