Never seen that one before... our "scare us away from trains" thing was a booklet by Roald Dahl with kids getting their heads lopped off by sticking them out of windows and stuff. Ah memories...
And OMG he's doing the building site one next! That made 6-year-old me a neurotic wreck for months!
