After being put on hold for just short of an hour, I finally managed to get the line fault reported - they're coming out tomorrow afternoon to fix it. (Apparently the fault is in the building, but it's not my equipment at fault, so they shouldn't charge me for coming out).

Normal service will be resumed anon :D
