That meant it wasn't targeting all pornographic art, just that with children; the bit about realism is between commas and is therefore just an aside. All shota and loli would be included from what I can tell.

Probably. I suggest fans tread carefully from now on about what they post. Luckily I don't care for shota/lolicon.
