Dear MR NOLAN
RE: PASSPORT APPLICATION FOR MR PAUL E NOLAN
Thank you for your passport application. Unfortunately
the top of your head appears to be too high in the photographs.
you were too close to the camera when the photograph was taken. As a result, your head
appears to be too large in the photograph.
Now I'm going to have to get more and send/take them in on Monday. Hopefully the damn things won't need to be countersigned or fuck knows when I'll be able to get them in (Easter break, so probably no Ken at college)
