It's probably something to do with me living out here in the middle of nowhere - it's very rare something actually arrives on time. :| There'll be complaints though, yeah...

Was only semi-serious about the suing though - the only thing I could really claim would be the extra added onto my phone bill with not being able to pay it, and that'd hardly be worth it really. (also would just be adding to the culture of petty litigation we seem to be developing, which would be a bad thing...)
