Ursula (although that was way before the games)

Xigbar (can't believe I overcame the horrible accent - even grew to like it XD )

Axel (he irritated the hell out of me in KH2 - didn't mind him too much in CoM)

Don't think there is one :-/ I'll go with Jafar, as I loved him in the movie, but the battles with him in the game were a bit meh.
